How to Connect with Your Store
Store Owner/General Manager Creates a Group
The highest ranking manager must first create a Management Group. Go to Shift Notes, click Create Group, and enter a store name and secure password.
Share the Group ID
Once created, the owner receives a unique Group ID. Share this ID and password privately with your management team.
Shift Managers Join
Other managers must click Join Group and enter the Group ID and password to submit a request.
Owner Approves the Request
The owner will see pending requests in their Shift Notes panel and must click Approve. Once approved, the manager will have full access to Schedules, Employees, and Maintenance for that store.
